1. Using the service
ShortsCreator lets you upload video you own or have the rights to use, and processes it into short, captioned vertical clips. By using the service, you confirm you have the necessary rights to any video you upload.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Each plan includes a fixed number of clips per month, reset on your billing cycle; usage above your plan's limit requires upgrading.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly (or annually, where offered) through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. See our refund policy below.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't upload content you don't have the rights to.
- Don't use the service to process illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
- Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the service's usage limits.
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the video you upload and the clips generated from it. We claim no ownership over your content.
6. Refunds
If something goes wrong with a charge — a duplicate billing, a processing failure, or a plan you no longer want — submit a request through the refund form in the app, or email hello@shorts-creator.com. Requests are reviewed individually.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep ShortsCreator available and responsive, but the service is provided as-is without guarantee of uninterrupted uptime.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
